LEGAL ASPECTS

We collaborate with appraisers approved by the Bank of Spain

Order ECO/805/2003, of March 27, 2003, on rules for the valuation of real estate and certain assets encumbered as collateral that we process.

The loans that we process comply with the current regulations required by Royal Decree 106/2011, of January 28, provided for in Law 2/2009 and the law of March 15 provided for in Law 5/2019, which regulates the contracting with consumers of mortgage loans or credits and intermediation services.

Regulation ECO 805-2003 is an order of the Ministry of the Economy establishing rules for calculating the appraisal value of real estate and certain real rights for the purposes of its scope of application, as well as for valuation reports and certificates in which it will be formalized.

Only appraisal companies registered and approved by the Bank of Spain can carry out these official appraisals or Ecomortgages.

Valuations may only be issued by qualified and legally responsible appraisers, as established by the ECO regulations.
