IBERICEX, a brand owned by Legismar Consulting SL, an entity registered with the code number D267 as a Real Estate Credit Intermediary in the REGISTRY OF INTERMEDIARIES OF THE BANK OF SPAIN, the highest supervisory body in financial matters, dependent on the MINISTRY OF ECONOMY in accordance with the Law 5/2019, of March 15, on real estate credit contracts (LCCI 5/2010) for the regulation of Real Estate Credit Intermediaries (c) and complying with the requirements of the Bank of Spain.

Entity also registered with the number 646/2016 in the State Registry of Financial Intermediation Companies for the execution of loan contracts of the NATIONAL CONSUMER INSTITUTE of the MINISTRY OF HEALTH, SOCIAL SERVICES AND EQUALITY provided for in Law 2/2009, of 31 March, with a civil liability insurance policy in force with the insurance or credit entity Lloyd’s Exsel as required by the current LCCI 5/2019.
